ZKS型(xing)折板式(shi)消聲器性(xing)能特點

1、ZKS型折板(ban)式(shi)(shi)(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)性能以(yi)中高頻(pin)為(wei)主，消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)量(liang)及壓力(li)損失大(da)于片式(shi)(shi)(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)，長度L=900mm，一(yi)般(ban)以(yi)1-2節(jie)為(wei)宜。在ZKS型折板(ban)式(shi)(shi)(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)外殼(ke)加隔(ge)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)處理(li)后，即為(wei)ZKSA型，其消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)性能與壓力(li)損失和ZKS型折板(ban)式(shi)(shi)(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)相同。消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)量(liang)及壓力(li)損失大(da)于（22～25dB(A)/m，40Pa/m）片式(shi)(shi)(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)器(qi)(qi)。

2、當消聲(sheng)器設在機房或噪聲(sheng)較高的房間時宜采用(yong)ZKSA型(xing)折板式消聲(sheng)器。

3、ZKS型(xing)消聲器(qi)不(bu)宜配置在機房內或其(qi)他噪聲較高(gao)的房間(jian)內，以防(fang)止聲短路。

注(zhu)：1、若需要更(geng)大規格(ge)的消聲器，可按國家標準風管所列法蘭尺寸設(she)計制造；

2、鍍鋅鋼板風管(guan)法蘭寬度按(an)2002年規范制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)，玻鎂風管(guan)法蘭寬度按(an)50mm制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)；

3、為了同用戶(hu)的安(an)裝尺(chi)寸保持一致，若用戶(hu)沒有注明，法蘭不打(da)孔。
